Just wanted to reach out and let you know that I finally got my crate opened and unpacked. My trophies are up and look amazing on my walls.

I would like to express my thanks and gratitude for all the work you and your team put into getting them to me. It all seems worth it now that they are finally here for me to enjoy.

I also would like to send my apologies to anyone and everyone on your team that I might have gotten “snarky ” with during this whole process. It can be very stressful when you have so much time and money invested in the trophies and having no idea what is happening halfway around the world.

Kudos to you and your team for ALL of your hard work!! Tom was amazed at the crating job! He couldn’t believe your team fit all that into that crate and that it arrived in one piece. (There was one ear kinked by the top, but I was able to fix it. Who knows when and where that happened! ) I am pleased at the overall condition of the trophies. (I could critique the actual taxidermy work but that’s definitely not on you!)

Please extend my gratitude, appreciation and apologies to the entire team at AHG.

I look forward to working with you and the team on the next shipment. I trust that leaving this year’s trophies in your hands that everything will be less stressful and will go a lot smoother. Can’t wait to hear progress in the future. Fingers crossed that everything goes well from here on out!
